Janine comes to Engel & Volkers with over 20 years of diverse experience ranging from Project Management to Global Logistics, International Business, and Marketing. Originally from Pennsylvania, Janine kick-started her career in the higher education industry while balancing her college studies at Bucknell University. Working as the executive assistant to the University’s Chief Information Officer, she focused on major event planning and specialized projects. Her proven ability to manage high-priority projects led her to managing the University’s first Library & IT Conference.

Subsequent to the completion of her management degree, Janine moved to North Carolina and pursued a new role as Marketing and Public Relations Manager for a five-venue entertainment complex. There she managed marketing budgets, campaigns and public relations for major concerts, comedy shows, trade shows, and sporting events such as Cirque du Soleil. Following this success, Janine combined her love of higher education and event planning and worked as an Admissions Counselor where she built and managed a new territory in the Ft. Bragg military base area, all while spending time with her new-born infant. This experience was particularly rewarding as it allowed her to help her fellow military community members fulfill their personal and professional educational goals. In 2014, Janine relocated to the Tampa Bay area and began a logistics/project management role for an International Wine & Spirits company. Her comprehensive responsibilities includes managing the distribution of those goods to an assigned territory in the Caribbean.

Janine’s strong professional background and ambition led her to her career in real estate. It’s her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to helping others, along with her strong professional background in logistics and project management, that contributes to providing her clients a very collaborative, organized and efficient, client-centered experience.
